#545 Hasbro’S Wwf – Hulk Hogan #4, Macho Human Being #4, I.R.S., Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart As Well As The Mountie (1993)

The adjacent moving ridge to look inwards this weblog is release 5. There were 10 novel figures were released inwards 1993, 8 of them novel characters, addition the 4th versions of Hulk Hogan as well as Macho Man. This moving ridge was the showtime ane that wasn´t sold inwards Spain, as well as then these are hard to respect at that topographic point as well as are commonly a flake to a greater extent than expensive than the figures from the previous waves. If they were sold, it was inwards small-scale amounts as well as on unusual (American?) cards.

None of the figures is peculiarly hard to find. The Mountie includes his cattle prod, which is ane of the almost hard accesories inwards the collection. It is a long bar of dark plastic, tin flaming live easily false for something else, as well as it is by as well as large missing. In the chapter "fragile figures", I would exclusively include Macho Man #4, whose fingers as well as chapeau are oft broken. The remainder of the figures are quite sturdy.

The showtime five (of 10) are:

Hulk Hogan #4
Another Hulk Hogan figure, the showtime ane without t-shirt. I gauge no affair how many previous versions of him were, the figure was ever a proficient selling one, equally nosotros tin flaming deduce from the many bootleg figures made of him inwards all possible forms, sizes as well as materials. The figure has the guide punch activeness move, exactly the body cast is dissimilar from the ane used for Jake Roberts inwards serial 1. It is to a greater extent than muscular as well as has a guide belly.

Macho Man Randy Savage #4
And likewise the 4th version of Randy Savage, this fourth dimension with a white cowboy jacket, a white hut as well as colourful pants. This figure is the showtime ane of those 4 with jumping action. The figure is quite flashy as well as I would tell it is with the favorite figures for many people inwards the whole collection. It is a delicate figure, authorities annotation the fingers inwards the correct mitt which possess got a unusual pose. These 2 fingers are oft missing.

I.R.S. (Irwin R. Schuster)
Another remarkable figure with an unique cast as well as a rare movement. I intend the concept is quite nice. Even nicer was his refer inwards Castilian (I.R.P.F.) as well as the many jokes with taxes as well as coin that the Castilian commentators made. The figure performs the stomp move, which is non really playable, exactly its yet a proficient thing to possess got a large diversity of moves (until now, the exclusively Stomping figure were Ted DiBiase #2 as well as ane of the Bushwackers).

Jim the Anvil Neidhart
Unfortunately, I cannot recall much of this wrestler. I never saw him inwards action, exactly the figure is quite nice. That beard is really distinctive as well as the colours of his trousers are likewise flashy as well as nice. The motility was at the fourth dimension a really overnice one, although with the fourth dimension it became a really mutual one, as well as then immediately it is non really interesting anymore.

Mountie (with cattle prod) (Jacques Rougeau)
This is a wrestler I saw inwards activeness a few times on TV. He made peachy shows, I intend the biggest ane was against Big Boss Man. He was by as well as large an unsympathetic character, since he ever used his cattle prod to daze his opponents, almost times "illegally". The figure is likewise remarkable because of its mounted police pull uniform, which cherry jacket, dark trousers as well as hut.

#546 Hasbro’S Wwf – Rick “The Model” Martel, Sid Justice, Virgil, Skinner In Addition To Warlord (1993)

In this entry I´ll exhibit the end v figures of this series:

Rick the Model Martel
Rick Martel was closed to other unsympathetic character: snobbish, elitist, posh in addition to fifty-fifty corny. He had his ain perfume called "Arrogance", that he used against his opponents. The figure is quite boring, since its is just the same cast used for Macho Man #1, only alongside a novel head.

Sid Justice (Sidney Raymond Eudy)
Sid Justice was the expert guy in addition to inward my thought a chip similar to Mr. Perfect. He was the graphic symbol to struggle cheaters in addition to fighters who worked muddied (and at that spot were a few of this). The figure has a prissy action, but looks real much similar other figures, since the figure is alone dressed alongside a blueish trunks in addition to boots.

Virgil (Michael "Mike" Jones)
This figure is a real prissy one, looks quite unlike to all the others. Influenza A virus subtype H5N1 prissy figure to have, despite its activity arm beingness also short, in addition to his breast also prone. The activity movement rather ineffective. The graphic symbol was a prissy sidekick to Million Dollar Man in addition to his squad Money Inc.

Skinner (Steve Keirn)
The crocodile hunter from Florida Everglades had a non bad figure: its outfit in addition to its "rare" activity movement makes it quite a singular figure, doesn´t await similar whatsoever other inward the whole collection. The wrestler nevertheless wasn´t real popular, because of his bad manners in addition to customs. He used to chew tobacco in addition to spit it on a bucket or over their opponents face.

Warlord (Terry Scott Szopinski)
I retrieve only ane or 2 fights alongside Warlord, but it was in addition to hence impressive, I convey non forgotten his entrance to the band alongside a metallic element staff, in addition to that argent pad on his face. It was actually frightening. The figure has an impressive armspan in addition to huge hands, looks slightly bigger than the balance of the figures. Maybe because of this, the fingers of the figure mightiness break, inward a employment which is mutual to all figures performing this mode.

• Name: RICK “THE MODEL” MARTEL, SID JUSTICE, VIRGIL, SKINNER in addition to WARLORD
• Toy Line: Official WWF (Wave 5)
• Year: 1993
• Company: Hasbro (U.S.A.)

#564 G.I. Joe – Motorized Activity Packs, Serial Ane (Part 1) (1987)

An interesting concept, which is introduce inwards many of import activity figure lines that include figures together with vehicles, is the “small vehicles”. These are unremarkably quite unproblematic and, I would say, cheaper to create than the figures themselves. They are unremarkably priced every bit a unmarried figure, together with by together with large sold inwards blister cards similar the figures.

Who knows if G.I.Joe took this concept from Masters of the Universe (see for representative #188)… the activity packs are small, tin live on carried every bit a backpack, together with cause got a wind-up motor that tin live on triggered on/off yesteryear a switch.

There were 2 serial made of this, the get-go ane consisted of 8 machines, iv for G.I.Joe together with iv for Cobra and/or Dreadnocks. The mo series, adjacent year, counted alone iv modest vehicles. Today I desire to demonstrate a few of the get-go series, together with I volition consummate it sometime, when I tin cause got skilful pictures of the other machines I have.

The motorized activity packs were:

G.I.Joe:

• Anti-Aircraft Gun
• Helicopter
• Radar Station
• Rope Walker

Cobra:

• Earth Borer
• Mountain Climber
• Pom-Pom Gun
• Rope Crosser

All of them were packaged inwards a blister menu amongst a generic card, together with included were a canvas of instructions inwards the “blueprint” means together with a canvas of stickers. There were no filecard or whatever at the
back, alone modest pictures of all the available items.

Radar Station (G.I. Joe)
Guest Starring: Mainframe

Helicopter (G.I. Joe)
Guest Starring: Astro Viper v2 (yes, I know it is a GIJoe vehicle, simply I took the pictures amongst the incorrect figure)

Mountain Climber (Cobra)

#624 G.I. Joe - Battle Copter Alongside Interrogator (1991)

My latest G.I.Joe acquisition since a long fourth dimension is this vehicle from 1991. Not ane of the most sought-after, only it includes ane of the most celebrated figures ever: Interrogator.

This Cobra graphic symbol is ordinarily with collector´s favorites. The figure has a groovy pattern as well as nighttime colours, with an outfit that slightly reminds of a nazi officeholder or something similar. The caput sculpt is also great, equally good equally the concept of a high ranked Cobra guy who is an practiced inwards getting data out of captured Joes. The figure came with a really item pistol with several "tentacles" on the tip.

The figure is even as well as therefore inwards its master copy package, as well as includes the iii filecards (English, Spanish, Italian).

The vehicle was manufactured inwards Kingdom of Spain as well as packaged inwards the oft referred equally "Euro" package, written inwards iii languages (English, Castilian as well as Italian). I cannot hollo back if I already talked virtually G.I.Joe Vehicles´ boxes, only Federal Reserve annotation that the forepart has a groovy representative of the vehicle with Interrogator, spell on the dorsum in that place is a painting demo of the actual toy. I ever liked the agency this painting demo is labelled, with the explanation of several parts/features.

The vehicle itself is quite fun (I accept a minute one) only even as well as therefore likewise few "plastic" to live sold past times itself. I intend that is why they had to include figures with the Battle Copters. This toy has a "twin" vehicle released with a G.I.Joe figure (Major Altitude) inwards slightly dissimilar colours. The side past times side yr (1992, Series 11), in that place would even as well as therefore 2 novel variants including Heli-Viper as well as Ace. These are much rarer than the start two. Considering this, nosotros tin say, that this vehicle had the most "versions", since it was released iv times with just the same cast.

• Toy Line: G.I. Joe (Wave 10)
