#524 Comics Spain – Flash Gordon Together With Terminator (1990 Together With 1992)

The Terminator figure is ane of the most interesting figures inward the whole Comics Kingdom of Spain catalogue. It does non belong to whatsoever serial of figures, it is the alone figure made from the Terminator movies. The cast is peachy together with represents Arnold Schwarzenegger equally seen inward the pic Terminator 2: Judgement Day from 1991: dark leather outfit, facial expression upwards one-half human, one-half machine together with shotgun on hand.

The figure is licensed past times Carolco, together with has a copyright from 1992. It is non rattling slow to uncovering nowadays. Being a cult carácter from a rattling famous film, it is rattling sought-after.

Flash Gordon is unopen to other carácter that does non belong to whatsoever serial inward particular, it is ane time to a greater extent than the alone figure made of him. It is hard to position at outset sight, because he seems to last wearing a unlike outfit, than the ane nosotros unremarkably encounter inward the movies or inward the comics, perchance the reference was the Revell model from 1965 shown here. The figure carries his helmet on ane manus together with has a pistol inward the other hand.

This figure is copyrighted inward 1990 together with is licensed past times K.F.S. (King Features Syndicate).

More information nearly Comics Spain/ Comics Figuras is coming to calorie-free inward the in conclusion months. The guys frorm Star Wars Castilian Stuff uploaded this video inward Feb 2014. It explains unopen to facts nearly the company, shows the facilities located nigh Barcelona, together with likewise explains how did they construct the figures: from casting to painting. In the in conclusion role of the video, at that topographic point is a parade of several figures that were available dorsum inward the days.

#544 Majorette - Sonic Flashers (Series 2300) (Various Models) (1989 Together With 1990)

From 1989 Catalogue

I already wrote i entry well-nigh Sonic Flashers, but this entry is to a greater extent than ambitious too volition endeavour to explicate a piddling to a greater extent than well-nigh them.

This trouble was launched inwards 1989 too from the really kickoff it had corking sales. This success would after atomic number 82 to a diversification of the line, alongside novel too parallel lines, similar nation of war machine vehicles, planes... each serial had a dissimilar number. The "ordinary" Sonic Flashers were serial 2300, too each model had a reference issue 23XX. This entry volition last devoted solely to the criterion 2300 series.

The activity feature, of course, was that each automobile made a detail audio too around low-cal final result that could last activated when pushed down. On the within each automobile has a pocket-sized printed circuit board alongside a prison theatre cellphone battery. According to the advertisement, the battery was able to piece of occupation the characteristic over 1500 times. Most models were based on previously existing Majorette models, although around were modified, in all likelihood to allow plenty infinite on the interior for the circuit board. Majorette didn´t allow to alter batteries inwards the firstly models, although around others after models had screws instead of rivets.

2301 POLICE CAR (PORSCHE 928) ("POLIZEI" GERMAN VER.) too 2304 PACE CAR

As said before, the trouble was launched firstly inwards 1989 alongside solely three dissimilar casts too 8 references. Those firstly models were:

• Porsche 928 (Police, Pace Car, Rescue Vehicle)
• Ford Bronco (Sheriff, Fire Engine, 4X4 Rallye)
• Ford Transit (Ambulance, Police Van)

The Police ornament of the Porsche was adapted to Federal Republic of Federal Republic of Germany inwards this exceptional model I am showing here, together alongside 2 versions of the Pace Car (red or yellowish sirens).

From 1990 Catalogue

The adjacent year, 1990, the trouble was expanded alongside several novel models too decorations. The models from the previous twelvemonth were all the same available, the novel were:

• Chevrolet Impala Police
• Pompier "Fire Truck"
• Fougon "Police Van"
• Ambulance
• BMW 750i
• Chevrolet Corvette (Coupé too ZR 1)
• Sport Prototype ("Sebring Team" too "Daytona Team")
• Depaneuse "Tow Truck"

2309 CHEVROLET IMPALA POLICE

  2313 BMW 750i

2318 SPORT PROTO

2310 FIRE TRUCK/POMPIER

Pompier compared alongside the master copy shape from the 200 series

2314 RACE CAR (CHEVROLET CORVETTE)

Each model was equipped alongside a suitable sound, these were available:

• Police
• Alert
• Emergency
• Fire
• Horn
• Brakes
• Truck Horn
• Not defined yet (by the fourth dimension Majorette published the catalogues too the backcards, 2 cars were promised a "new sound", this audio was genuinely a motor audio spell accelerating too shifting gears).

Since the trouble was becoming to a greater extent than too to a greater extent than popular, at that spot were besides gift packs available alongside several cars inside. Some sets could last genuinely big, around fifty-fifty mixing vehicles from the 2300 serial alongside planes or helicopters of other Sonic Flashers' series.

In 1991, in i lawsuit again novel models, novel decorations too novel sounds:
The Chevrolet Impala gets a novel ornament inwards bluish instead of black, too the Pace Car Porsche volition last released inwards yellowish instead of orange. More interesting is the rename of the BMW 750i to 535i, although I intend the bluish models all the same had "750i" tampographied on the doors.

The novel models/decorations are:

• BMW 535i inwards black
• Ambulance inwards reddish "Fire Rescue"
• Ferrari "Super GT"
• Semi Truck
• 4X4 Beverage Truck
• Ford Bronco 4X4 "Crash Car"

The novel sounds are "music", "broken glass" too "turn signal/car horn".

In 1992, at that spot were less news, only

• Ford Bronco "Police 4X4" alongside machine gun sound
• 6X6 S.W.A.T. alongside missile lauch sound
• Rocket Launcher alongside missile lauch sound

From 1993 on, at that spot were solely novel decorations made but no novel sounds or casts. This year, the yellow train was besides released equally business office of the 2340 series, which are to the 2300 serial what the 300 serial is to the 200.

Some casts created for this serial were after reused inwards the ordinary series. Although this model is quite recent, I include hither the pictures of the Sport Proto made inwards the early on 2000s, without audio or lights:

UPDATE (JAN/2017): Depannause inwards Red from 1991 (ref. 2315).

FACTS AND FIGURES:

#549 He-Man - Battle Punch He-Man Vs Optikk (1990)

We accept sometimes commented that the master copy character(s) of a toyline has to last available inwards each wave. The Masters of the Universe as well as afterward the He-Man toylines made available inwards each moving ridge the figures of He-Man as well as Skeletor, as well as each fourth dimension a unlike figure alongside a unlike activeness feature.

In the He-Man series, the offset He-Man figure is really mutual as well as tardily to get, simply the minute as well as 3rd versions are really rare as well as likewise quite expensive for that series. This is the minute i (we would nation “v2”), as well as it features a quite impressive move, never seen inwards whatsoever other figure of the line. The accessories included alongside this figure are a rather big (slightly oversized) as well as a shield. Despite the size of the weapons, they are quite rare to find.

The minute figure presented inwards this entry is Optikk, i of the evil characters working for Skeletor. It is i of my favorite figures of this line, because the blueprint is actually amazing alongside that big oculus instead of a head. The figure came solely alongside a pistol/rifle as well as its activeness characteristic is a spring-loaded punch alongside the left hand. As inwards many other toylines, the figures of the evil faction accept quite nighttime colours, as well as this grapheme has a nighttime chocolate-brown alongside golden details outfit.

FACTS as well as FIGURES:

• Name: BATTLE PUNCH HE-MAN as well as OPTIKK (Ref. 1340 as well as 3262)
• Toy Line: He-Man (also New Adventures of He-Man) (Wave 2)
• Year: 1990
• Company: Mattel (U.S.A.)
• Size of the figures: fourteen cm

#553 Con-Nec-Tors – Skateboarder Together With Wrestler (1990)

Matchbox has rarely produced other toys than die-cast cars in addition to vehicles. This is i of the exceptions. After the success of the Connectables Line (see entries #471, #472 in addition to #473), Matchbox launched approximately other draw of piece of employment alongside a like approach, solely instead of creating vehicles yesteryear combining parts, you lot could shape unlike activity figures yesteryear combining torso, caput in addition to limbs.

Because each figure is composed of vi parts, at that spot are multiple combinations to generate novel figures, fifty-fifty if you lot solely ain a couplet of figures. Influenza A virus subtype H5N1 sticker inwards a 2-pack blister bubble said: “Over 3.5 Million Combinations!”, which should move if you lot ain the whole collection

The characters chosen are pop characters of the 90s in addition to before: at that spot are several monsters in addition to creatures, merely equally good a policeman, a cyborg (in the Terminator style), an american football game player, a soldier... all easily identifiable characters.

To my knowledge, at that spot were xvi figures made for this collection, which could move purchased individually, inwards two-packs or inwards bigger gift sets. In English, the characters had pretty tedious names, encounter list:

• Monster Fly
• Football Player
• Dinosaur
• Rock Star
• Vampire
• Swamp Monster
• Skateboarder
• Pterodactyl
• Sheriff
• Robot
• Mummy
• Cyclops
• Wrestler
• Mutant
• Soldier
• Indian

In Italian, curiously, the names were a Little flake to a greater extent than inventive.

By the way, this toyline was non solely a Matchbox line, it was equally good produced yesteryear Giochi Preziosi. Maybe for this reason, the province inwards which this toyline had the biggest success was inwards Italy.

FACTS in addition to FIGURES:

• Name: SKATEBOARDER in addition to WRESTLER
• Toy Line: Con-nec-tors / Connectors
• Year: 1990
• Company: Matchbox (Great Britain) / Giochi Preziosi (Italy)
• Size of the figures: Around 10 cm

#628 Mc Toy – Several Volkswagen Models (1987 In Addition To 1990)

Volkswagen models are ever valuable collectables, I bring met people who collected exclusively VW Beetle miniatures, as well as around other guy who collected exclusively VW Golf miniatures. To around extent, the Golf volition live the Beetle for newer generations. Since the Golf has been available since 1974, it is already amidst the best selling cars of all times.

Volkswagen 1302 (Ref. 8731) - The classic "Bug" inward nighttime blue. It is 1 of the most sought-after model yesteryear MC Toys, merely non really interesting inward my opinion, since around every die-cast manufacturer had this model inward their catalogues.

Volkswagen Baja Beetle (VW) (Reference Unknown) - One of the best models yesteryear MC Toys inward my opinion. Those wheels were rarely used yesteryear the brand, as well as it has a really overnice suspension, it is a lot of fun to play amongst it over rugged surfaces. The automobile has a fake as well as chromed motor behind amongst a really long exhaust pipe, which is sometimes broken, since it is made of plastic. The automobile was origianlly released inward yellowish amongst tampographies inward cherry as well as black, merely the automobile was likewise availabe inward other colours (not certain hither if other versions were released every bit MC Toy or Maisto).

VW Caravelle or VW NR1060 (Ref. 9007) - One of the most used casts yesteryear MC Toy as well as afterwards yesteryear Maisto. This van was redecorated as well as released inward many colours, as well as this makes the model 1 of the less interesting ones inward the whole range. In this instance it´s painted cherry as well as decorated amongst Fire Brigade tampographies.

The exclusively Volkswagen missing inward this entry is the Golf GTI from 1984 (Ref. 8446), merely I don´t bring it hither correct now. The most mutual ornament is dark amongst white or golden tampographies. The kind was reused yesteryear Sohbi, as well as you lot tin construct yourself an idea, how would this model inward dark await like: see entry #536.

FACTS AND FIGURES:

• Name: VOLKSWAGEN 1302 (Ref. 8731), VOLKSWAGEN BAJA BUG (Ref. Unknown) as well as VW CARAVELLE (VW NR1060) (Ref. 9007)
• Scale: 1:64 (approx.)
• Year: The 2 start digits inward the reference lay out indicates the twelvemonth of blueprint as well as manufacture, so: 1987, Unknown as well as 1990.
• Company: MC Toy (U.S.A./ Macau)
• Size: approx. 3’’ or seven cm
